With the recent sale of SVS Supplies we are being asked if SVS Labs is included in the transaction. The answer is no.
While there are common shareholding and governance links, the two are separate legal entities and SVS Labs was never part of the discussion.
In our nine years of operation, we have been extremely proud and fortunate to have the wider SVS brand out front. There is no doubt we have benefited from many doors being opened to us on the back of strong and longstanding relationships between veterinary practices and SVS Supplies. We will always be grateful for what the SVS brand has done for us.
Now, as a result of the sale, we need to develop and build our own, unique brand profile. While our name and livery will change soon that is all that will change. Logistically we will retain the protocol that sees your sample containers returned to you with orders from SVS Supplies. Most importantly, there will be no change in our service offering to you. We will continue to strive to be customer focused, nimble, flexible and to deal with you in a positive and friendly manner.
